Exit Strategy

Exit: One of the greatest advantages of our co-ownership model is the defined exit strategy. After a 7-year term the homes will be sold, and each shareholder will receive back the net proceeds from the sale. *The LLC has the option to extend the term to 8 years via a shareholder super majority vote.

Control: The Operating Agreement of the Limited Liability Company (LLC) empowers shareholders with voting rights that ensure decisions affecting the LLC are the result of high levels of collaboration.
