We were interested in a high-quality second home for our ever-growing family but without the cost and hassles of outright ownership. So, the ability to own such a property with a handful of other like-minded owners was very appealing.

My son and nephew went surfing at Folly Beach early one morning. Clearly there is so much to see and do and we only scratched the surface over 10 days. The house is so nice that we stayed there a lot and because the kitchen is great, we cooked a lot. We had our son, his wife and her father as well as my nephew his wife and their two children aged 3 and 5 so there was also a lot of childcare required. My son even caught crabs for us at the crab dock. I played a lot of tennis and pickleball. It was very easy to fit into groups at the tennis clubs on Seabrook and on Kiawa. We look forward to our return

The house is spectacular; very roomy, very well laid out, and with a lot of outdoor space in the form of screened-in decks, an open porch, and a backyard patio.  It’s a great place for a group to vacation together, yet easily find separate space when desired.  The furnishings and appliances are top notch, and the house has some elegant features like high coffered ceilings, intricate woodwork, and columns separating the great room from the kitchen area.  The Brazilian cherry floors are very beautiful.  The house exceeded our expectations, which were high to begin with!

Carolyn

The house was excellent, very well appointed and lived up to it photos and descriptions very nicely. The community was great, loved the golf, the lake house, the beach club and all of the other amenities. The service in advance from Betsy with our reservation was excellent, she was on the details and had great ideas and provided some really solid high-quality planning and 5-star type service. Robin is an absolute highlight.  I think I emailed her more about little stuff in the few weeks leading up to our visit and she nailed every request and could not have been nicer to work with.  Everything from the groceries in advance to telling us where to eat and rent bikes, showing us the area and maps, giving us a great list of things to do and see, being available and checking in during our stay.  I could not have asked for a better host than Robin.  She is great and represents your brand well.

Wow what an amazing time we had on our trip to SC.  We just wanted to send thank yous to all those involved and let you know it was PERFECT!  Robin was an amazing host and helped us get all settled in.  The house is beyond beautiful and so very comfortable.  We felt like royalty at times!  I have attached two documents below.  One is a thank you to you all for your help in making this trip happen for our family. The other is "Our Story" with our daughter Laci who is special needs and benefits greatly from the recipient of the donation... CAMP CAMP in Center Point, TX.  She will be attending Camp there July 9 to 14.  I am pretty sure Jesus attends camp there all summer as well because it is staffed with nothing but ANGELS!  It is a true blessing for so many kiddos and their families as well. Thank you all again for the time of our life.

The Cox Family

Just wanted to let you know that Kelly and I spent this past weekend in Seabrook Island.  We'd been to Charleston numerous times but had never really spent any time on the coast.  It was a pleasant surprise and we really enjoyed our stay in the residence and can’t wait to return.

Josh and Kelly

First of all, we are all enjoying yet another fabulous stay here at Seabrook Island, a destination that has become one of our very favorites. And the AtlanticOne residence here is so fantastic that we might well be candidates to acquire this home when the term of the LLC is over. And secondly, as a big reminder to us of the potential hassles that come if you are a vacation homeowner: the air conditioning compressor unit was leaking and the water backed up in the AC lines, causing a water leak from the main floor into the garage. We called Robin and within an hour, she was here with both a plumber and AC technician who spent several hours at the house repairing the leak…. while we played golf. If we were the sole owners of the house, we would have spent the entire day involved in these maintenance issues and been forced to cancel a coveted vacation day of golf and lunch at the beach club.
